Financial Consumers' Rights Protection Committee aims to conduct effective work in preserving industrial reputation and encouraging banks to take social responsibilities in improving financial literacy for financial consumers and better handling financial consumers’ complaints. Lay down service standards and procedures of banks, strengthening communication among peers to continuously raise the overall service standards of Shanghai banks. Consumer Financial Literacy Working Group, Complaint Settlement Working Group and Frontline Service Working Group are three of its subordinate groups.
