The fourth conference of the 10th Council was convened on July 10th, 2012. Chaired by Chairman Pan Yuehan, the Conference saw the participation of Executive Vice Chairman Chen Zihao, council members and governors from CBRC Shanghai Office, PBOC Shanghai Head Office and SAFE Shanghai Branch.

The conference voted and passed a few resolutions, including SBA working plan for 2H12, SBA committee working scheme, working plan of Foreign Banks Committee and Syndicated Loan Committee, new working groups of Financial Innovation Committee and Business Banking Committee, SBA financial summary for 1H12, and the coordination plan with several institutions.

The conference heard SBA report for 1H12, acknowledged the common problems among membership change.

At the end of the conference, Liao Min, Director-general of CBRC Shanghai Office made a well-acclaimed speech on the Reform of Current International Financial Supervision and the Challenges & Opportunities of China Banking Industry.
